At CHG Services,  all of our gas engineers are trade-accredited by Gas Safe (formerly Corgi). That, combined with our minimum six month guarantee, means you can put your trust in us.

  • Regular appliance servicing

  • Even just upgrading your heating controls, thermostats or thermostatic radiator valves can make a difference to your yearly bill. (following on , thermostatic rad valves means you can control the heat loss in the rooms not being used which will save on your bills)

  • Does your system have Magna-clean filter? Adding this to your system along with chemicals can reduce your bills by 5%.

  • Do your radiators heat up patchy? A simple power flush can resolve these issues

And you don’t have to do it all at once – our Technical Service Engineers will advise you on the best and most economical way forward to upgrade your system.

Don’t forget fitting a combi means you won’t need a hot water cylinder & tank – think what you can do with the extra space!

The magnacleanse flush is a cheaper alternative to the powerflush, best used for smaller properties that need to flushed. It is also best used on properties and radiators that are flushed regualy

Powerflush

​

Power flushing is used to clear sludge from central heating system pipes, radiators, These are areas where scale and corrosion collect causing;

  • Cold spots on radiators, even after bleeding

  • Radiators needing regular bleeding

  • Radiators taking a long time to warm up

  • Noisy boilers

  • Inefficient central heating systems

The powerflush machine is for the older and more corroded systems and a property with seven or more radiators. The Powerflush machine provides a more powerful flush to help clear the build up of sludge.
